Description
Rather than portraying simple whimsy, this artwork touches upon the psychological state of maladaptive daydreaming or intense escapism. “Dreamy” represents a defense mechanism—retreating so deeply into the safety of the subconscious that the boundaries of the physical world blur. It is a soft, surreal sanctuary built to protect a sensitive mind from the harsh lighting of reality.
